Long Special Counsel - A recognized leader in the financial industry's fight against elder financial abuse, Ron Long discusses his “brainchild.” These concepts are low cost, low complexity and take a short time to deploy and deliver meaningful results using a collaborative approach that can be replicated across every community. 

 

“Basics of Adult Guardianship in Virginia” Matthew C Sunderlin, Esq Attendees will delve into the basics of an adult guardianship and conservatorship case.

 

“Assessing Capacity: Practical Applications for Everyday Situations”  Assessing an adult’s decisional capacity is not a simple process, and it is often seen as one of the biggest challenges that professionals face.
